Weigh in and coffee shop fail
Just killed myself at the gym. So good. Weighed in at 74kg- which means 2kg down! Woot! Also tried a new coffee shop. Creeper in the gym change room.
So the main reason I love my gym is because it is mainly old women there that come to use the pool, which means all the nice new workout equipment is always free and in great condition.
