Ahhhh i miss the days when I had time to breathe- I feel like I am terrible at managing my time now. I went to the gym once last week! Ughh I’m just so tired from work! When will my silly body adjust so I can get back to training? Not meaning to be so negative I guess this promotion was a lot more to take on than I thought!! I’m ready to take my life back- now I just need a game plan!

Daisy nails and date night. Have had the busiest week in a million years. I am looking forward to Thai with the husband and relaxing with some terrible reality shows afterwards. It’s hard to not be hard on yourself after a week with little exercise and not wonderful eating. But I’m going to enjoy the heck out of my night and have a nice fresh start tomorrow :)

I love my co workers for getting me a “happy promotion” rainbow rose! We seriously have the nicest most chilled office ever. Not even a hint of bitchyness or jealousy! Feeling lucky today! However since last week I’ve only been to the gym once and have had far too many “yay I got a promotion” cheat day :/ I feel like i have taken a major step back even though it hasn’t been that long. I really need to get back on track!! Good thing tomorrow is a new day- hopefully a good day to get back into the swing of things!

On another note I became the boss at my office yesterday. So terrified and excited and ecstatic and happy!!
The rest of this year is going to be busy!

I really need to clean my dresser… And get a full length mirror! But not today, off for coffee and a long catch up with an old friend. Ran 8km this morning and did some ab work so a gluten free chic chip muffin may also be consumed. Yay Saturday!

I wore this to work today… And then went straight to the grocery store. The moral of the story is that people enjoy loud shirts and lion hats while standing in line to buy their dinner!
